Shipping Policy

Shipping service available throughout Great Britain & Northern Ireland (Excluding Channel Islands) with free shipping on orders over £150. Please allow 2-4 working days for your delivery to arrive excluding public and bank holidays. We aim to get your delivery with you as quick as possible. 95% guaranteed delivery within 3 working days.

Shipping cost is £7.95 per address below £150. Spending over £150 will automatically qualify you for free delivery to a single address, discounted at checkout in any one transaction.

Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Isle of Man cost is £14.95 per address. This includes orders over £150.

Shipping to The Republic of Ireland cost £11.99 per address.

This covers you for as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction to a single address under 25kg (additional charges may apply if over 25KG). Delivery to multiple addresses will incur extra shipping charges.

We have a maximum weight of 25KG per delivery. If your delivery exceeds this, we will contact you to reduce your (a refund will be issued for items removed from your order) or ask you to pay an extra £7.95 for extra weight up to 50KG.

**Maximum order of 24 items per order due to weight restrictions**

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched next working day. Depending on stock levels we aim to dispatch morning deliveries that same afternoon, but we cannot guarantee this. 

Delivery times will be between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. 

Saturday Delivery can be requested on all orders placed before Thursday 10am. Please request this via email info on the contact us page.

When you place your order, you can let us know what you want our drivers to do with the delivery if you are not at home. This is the easiest way to ensure you get your items on time and securely. For example, let the delivery driver know if there is a safe place to leave the delivery at your property or if we can leave it with a neighbour.

If an error is made with the delivery address when placing the order, the item will be returned to us by our courier. In the event of this happening any fees that apply from our courier will be passed on to the addressee before a refund is completed or the items are resent.

Express Delivery Option

Express delivery is an option that can be added at checkout. If you place your order before 10am on a business working day excluding public holidays (Northern Ireland) and opt for Express Delivery your parcel will leave us that same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Express delivery is not available for Scottish Highland, Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland customers.

Vape & Cigar Postage Standard Delivery

Vape & Cigar Postage Standard Delivery is an option that can be added at checkout. This option is only available if you are ordering Vapes or Cigars. If you select this option when purchasing any other items, we will contact you to pay the difference (£5.96 for standard delivery).

 

Returns and Damaged Goods

Although utmost care is taken to ensure your items comes to you in perfect condition, if your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us straight away. Photographic evidence will need to be provided with evidence that the seal of the bottle is not damaged. Compensation for damaged goods will be no more than the original purchase price and will not include shipping of goods. 

Failure to Deliver

If courier service attempts delivery and fails, you will receive an email/SMS message. The courier will reattempt delivery 2 working days after the first. If the second attempt is unsuccessful your Package will then return to depo and will await your collection.

Failure to collect after 5 business working days your package will then be returned to us. A return delivery fee plus a new delivery charge will have to be processed before we can attempt delivery once again. 

If you do not wish to have your items re delivered, the delivery fee and return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to add or change delivery instructions after the parcel has left us, you will need to contact the courier directly to add or change this.
