All major cards are accepted. Payment must be made in full before an order is despatched.

 

Pricing Details

All prices shown on the website include 20% VAT.

Some prices are website exclusive and do not always match the price displayed in store.

Offers may also vary between the website and in store. 

Age Restriction

Due to the nature of our business, anyone purchasing products from us must be over the age of 18. Proof of age will need to be provided before an order can be despatched.

 

Shipping, Returns and faulty goods Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping service available throughout GB and Northern Ireland. Free shipping on orders over 150. Please allow 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. We aim to get your delivery with you as quick as possible. 95% guaranteed delivery within 3 working days.

If your order has not arrived by the 6th business working day, excluding public and bank holidays, please contact us and we will do our best to look into this issue with you. We do advise that first port of contact is with our delivery company as they will be able to help first hand.

If a failed delivery occurs it is up to the customer to contact our courier partner to arrange redelivery or to enquire about estimated day of delivery.

**Maximum order of 24 items per order due to weight restrictions**

 

Shipping cost is �7.95per address. This covers you for as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction to a single address. Delivery to multiple addresses will incur extra shipping charges. Spending over �150 will automatically qualify you for free delivery to a single address, discounted at checkout.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched next working day. Depending on stock levels we aim to dispatch morning deliveries that same afternoon, but we cannot guarantee this. 

Delivery times will be between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. 

MAX 25KG PER DELIVERY OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF �7.95 PER 25KG WILL APPLY WITH A MAX OF 2 CASES PER DELIVERY 

Items may be packaged together unless specifically requested in the delivery instruction/notes section that will appear at checkout.

 

When you place your order, you can let us know what you want our drivers to do with the delivery if you are not at home. This is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time and securely. For example, let the delivery driver know if there is a safe place to leave the delivery at your property or if we can leave with a neighbour.

 

Returns and Damaged goods.

Although the utmost care is taken to ensure your items comes to you in perfect condition, if your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us straight away. Photographic evidence will need to be provided with evidence that the seal of the bottle is not damaged. Compensation for damaged goods will be no more than the original purchase price and will not include shipping of goods. 

 

Faulty Goods

For faulty items, you will need to contact us directly by email or phone to let us know. Once you have contacted us and discussed the issue with the product, we ask that you send the item back to us. Any items believed to be ‘off’ or corked will need to be returned with at least 50% of the product remaining in the bottle. Once we have received the item, a senior member of staff will need to verify that the product is faulty, and a full refund will be issued to you once confirmed. If any item is returned to us for any reason and is in good condition or is not found to be off your return delivery charge will be taken off any refund, we need to process for the goods that are returned for any reason.

Returns due to change of mind.

If you changed your mind while waiting on our delivery, we are happy to refund once the order has been returned to us in full however: Postage and Packaging fee will not be refunded as we have incurred this fee to send the item to you. This is if there is no issue with the item from purchasing to its arrival.

Returns will be at the expense of the customer, assuming items are correct and in good condition.

Returning items can be done by the customer via a local Post Office or at Royalmail.com; however, we do not arrange this. We will process the refund minus our postage and packaging when the items arrive back to us in good condition.

Out of Stock orders

As some products are made in a limited amount and the limited availability of products from our suppliers, we can sometimes be out of stock of a product or a particular vintage that is advertised.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by either email or phone within 24 hours of making the order. We will also let you know when the item should be available again and give you details of alternative products that are currently in stock in case you want to choose a different product rather than waiting for the original product to come back in stock. You are entitled to cancel an order any time before your item ships from us for a full refund.

We will always contact you regarding out-of-stock products and changes in the vintage or ABV of an item. We can offer an alternative option for any products that are out of stock, with your approval.

 

Vintage Changes

Vintages of every wine are produced in a limited amount; this means that vintages of products advertised cannot be guaranteed. We will strive to ensure that product descriptions are up to date with the most recent vintage, however there may be instances where a particular vintage may become out of stock before we can update the product description. ABV’s of wines may also vary depending on the vintage.

If you require a certain ABV or have a query about the ABV please contact us in advance as suppliers may change alcohol volume without our knowledge therefore our website may not have the most up to date ABV. 

If a vintage, you have ordered is out of stock we will try to provide an alternative with the most recent vintage that we currently have. If you require a specific vintage, you must add a note to the order or contact us directly before placing the order to confirm the vintage. 

 

Product Images

We will try our best to ensure that all product images are current and represent the product you are purchasing. However, packaging and the vintages of items can change without notice and so images that are included with a product will only be for illustration purposes and are not an exact representation of the actual product. 

 

Privacy Policy (Data Protection)

An information you provide on our website will never be disclosed with third parties for marketing purposes. The data we collect on this site is used for the following:

 

  • To fulfil orders and carry out user enquiries securely.
  • Manage and enhance the site and our service we provide to you.
  • Share information to third parties for shipping purposes only (The couriers we use will need to know your addresses and contact information to ensure secure delivery of goods.)
