Description
The 'Fazzo' is a modern day rebel with one foot in its glorious past.It's made with Barbera, grown in its spiritual home of Piemonte, a portion of which is left on the vine a little beyond harvest to dry and intensify its flavours - an ancient method known as passito.
This is a wine that uses generations of history to create something that's very modern and slick with notes of fresh cherries, raspberries and plum on a super fresh and silky palate.
