Most of their wines undergo 30 days of maceration, and 100% are then aged in a second hand French oak barrels for 18 months, unfiltered and unfined to product the purity of the fruit.
Elegant and refined on the nose with citrus characteristics synonymous with Sauvignon Blanc, finishing with a beautiful natural acidity and mineral edge.
