1- CONNECT
Open a cold NITROSURGE can, refrigerate your cans for 24 hours for optimum temperature and taste-
Then line up the nozzle with the can opening.
Once lined up correctly, press down firmly to attach the nitrosurge device and begin your iconic two-part pour.
2 -ACTIVATE
Press the power button - the guinness harp will illuminate to indicate the NITROSURGE device is ready for use.
The precision ultrasonic transducer will begin pulsing with a specifically tuned wavelength and frequency to begin the iconic guinness surge.
3 - POUR
Hold the nitrosurge device horizontally, tilting your glass to a 45 degree angle and begin to pour. Fill your glass 2/3, straightening the glass as it fills.
Leave to settle for 60 seconds, then tease the last few drops into the creamy domed head.
