This wine, of a soft pale lemon colour, it presents a flinty and fruity bouquet with notes of grapefruit, orange peel and gentle notes of blossom. The wine, being 100% Sauvignon, is as you would expect, bone dry, medium bodied and exceedingly elegant.The blend of two terroirs (limestone and flint) brings complexity and balance to this white.
Ideal as an aperitif or with summer dishes, you will be seduced by its tender and fresh palate.
La Clef du Récit estate was created in 2012 in the town of Vinon, located south of Sancerre. After numerous experiences in the universe of vines and wine, Anthony Girard takes possession of the keys to a wine estate in the hamlet of Récy, Located int he town of Vinon to the south-east of the Sancerre appellatuin, opposite Pouilly-sur-Loire.
Anthony runs the estate through rigorous work in the vineyard whilst respecting the soil and the environnement in order to harvest ripe grapes, full of fruit.
