The wine appears delicate pale garnet in colour with seductive dried black fruit, sweet wild berry, accompanied with tobacco and chocolate on the nose.The palate displays generous red cherry, blackberries and fetching raspberry, integrated with clove and subtle hints of mint, finishing full and velvety soft with persistent wild berry and nutmeg, tightly woven together.
Best served with BBQ meat, spicy pasta dishes and even stewed meats.
