Description
The Coonawarra Series Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a ripe and generous style, yet with enough restraint to display distinct varietal and regional characteristics."Good regional flavour, a bit of firm tannin, fairly balanced acidity, and a decent finish. Mixed berries, a little tobacco and cedar, nougat, a slight gum leaf perfume. I like that it has tannin and carry on the finish, and feels like it's made to be enjoyed by people who like a bit of structure in their wine, even in one that's made to be approachable young. Nice one!
