The Black Label Collection expresses the winemaking tradition of Veneto through its wines, reinterpreted with the winery's distinctive and innovative style.

This wine is fresh with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as currants and raspberries.
On the palate, it has a good structure, roundness, and well-balanced notes of red fruit.
Perfect with hearty dishes such as grilled red meats, game stews and mature cheeses.
Its robust profile also makes it an excellent match for rich pasta dishes and risottos.

The grapes are pressed and then left to macerate for 8-10 hours at 10°C.
Fermentation follows at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days, with continuous pumping over to facilitate the extraction of the coloring substances.
After malolactic fermentation, it is transferred to barriques where a portion matures for four months before being bottled.
