Description
This Fruity little treat was created in honour of Reverend Stiggins a character from Charles Dickens' Pickwick Papers.They produce this by taking the rinds of Pineapples and infusing it with their White rum for a week and then distilling this, then they take the main part of the Fruit and infuse it with dark rum for three months.
Finally these are both combine together and left to mature for three more months in casks And the result is the Fantastic Rum! With notes of Sugared Bananas followed by Smooth Juicy Pineapple finish.
Rum is made from sugar, either raw sugarcane or sugar that’s been processed into molasses.
Both light & dark rums are naturally gluten-free.
