Roaming Road Spirits 14 Year Old Single Cask Trinidad Rum700ML
58.1% ABV
Crafted on the island of Trinidad, this exceptional rum is a tribute to the art of slow perfection.
Aged for 14 years in both ex-bourbon and rum casks, it boasts a bold 58.1% ABV and a meticulously developed profile of deep, dark molasses and fruit notes, intertwined with the nuanced flavours imparted by its wooden guardians.
The nose opens with dried mango, pineapple, caramelised sugar, vanilla, and toasted oak, supported by hints of nutmeg, cocoa, and orange peel.
The palate is silky yet powerful, layering tropical fruit, molasses, baking spice, dark honey, and roasted coconut, with a refined oak structure that speaks to its long maturation.
The finish is long, warming, and complex, with lingering spice, fruit sweetness, and gentle tannin.
A standout single-cask rum that showcases the finesse and maturity of long-aged Trinidad distillate, ideal for collectors, connoisseurs, or anyone who appreciates a rum with real depth and sophistication.
