A celebration of the Irish explorers who set out to travel to World and add their Irish stamp across the globe. Matured in bourbon barrels before being transferring to ex Japanese casks which previously held Mugi Shochu. Bottling of this 15 year old Irish whiskey was at 46% with no chill filtration allowing the whiskies true character and style to shine through.
