The name Trivento comes from three winds; polar, zonda and sudestada. It is these winds that make mendoza such a distinctive and successful wine growing region.
A full-bodied crimson red, with aromas of dark chocolate, blackberries and liquorice that mingle with black pepper, a hint of vanilla and a touch of oak. The finish is long, balanced with soft tannins on the palate. Trivento reserve shiraz is best served with rich lasagne and stuffed aubergines.
