Description

Created with a mix of traditional and selected botanicals, Wild Atlantic Irish Gin is inspired by the Atlantic Ocean which provides the organic sugar kelp and Dillisk that gives the gin its unique and distinctive flavour.

The organic botanicals are harvested by hand from the waters of the Porcupine Bank, off the west coast of Ireland.

Team notes: To create the unique flavour and colour of this gin, the distillery places it in vats filled with fresh strawberries and elderberries for two weeks. All the flavour and colour are drawn out of the fruit, resulting in a gin that's bursting with natural, refreshing fruit flavours.
