Description
Spike Island source their rum from one of the finest distilleries in the Caribbean. From Barbados, once it lands on Irish soil they mix the cask strength golden liquid with soft Tipperary spring water to reduce it down to 40% ABV. They also add a special spice blend by hand that took them more than two years to create. The spices were chosen and then toasted, baked, beaten and combined in several ways before the final blend was approved. It’s largely a secret there are only five people in the world who know exactly what it is. Spike Island Spiced Rum is captivating, magically capturing the exotic in every sip.700ML
